All room rates, charges and fees are in Saudi Arabian Riyal (SAR) and are subject to 5% Municipality Tax (MT) and 15% Value Added Tax (VAT). The VAT is applied on the rate and MT.

For early arrivals, we recommend booking the room for the previous night to ensure immediate access. For late departures, reserving an extra night guarantees access until you leave. Alternatively, we can store your bags and provide changing-room facilities.

Subject to the maximum occupancy applicable by room or suite, the following applies for additional guests:

Children under 12 years of age may share the same room as their parents or guardians at no additional charge (space permitting).

Guests aged 12 and above will incur an additional nightly fee, plus VAT and MT.

Children under 12 years of age may occupy the same guest room as their parents or guardians at no additional charge (space permitting).

For guests aged 12 years and above, an additional charge of SAR 500++ per night will apply.

Extra beds for children under 12 years are provided complimentary (subject to availability).

Full adult pricing applies on food and beverage

Reservations must be canceled at least 7 days prior to the arrival date to avoid a 100% cancellation charge

Non-Refundable Rate Booking: All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card at the time of booking. Bookings are fully prepaid and non-refundable.

Accessible rooms and features are available, including elevators and accessible routes from public entrance. Full details will be displayed during the booking process.
