All room rates, charges and fees are in Saudi Arabian Riyal (SAR) and are subject to 5% Municipality Tax (MT) and 15% Value Added Tax (VAT). The VAT is applied on the rate and MT.

For early arrivals, we recommend booking the room for the previous night to ensure immediate access. For late departures, reserving an extra night guarantees access until you leave. Alternatively, we can store your bags and provide changing-room facilities.

Subject to the maximum occupancy applicable by room or suite, the following applies for additional guests:

Children under 12 years of age may share the same room as their parents or guardians at no additional charge (space permitting).

Guests aged 12 and above will incur an additional nightly fee, plus VAT and MT.

At Shura SLS Resort, we are delighted to welcome families. Children under 12 years of age may share their parents’ or guardians’ guest room at no additional charge, subject to room capacity.

Ages 0–5: Complimentary stay for existing bedding only (additional charge will be added for extra bedding resquests) | Complimentary meals

Ages 6–11: Complimentary stay existing bedding only (additional charge will be added for extra bedding resquests)| 50% of adult meal rate

Ages 12 and above: Standard adult occupancy applies | Full adult meal rate

For guests aged 12 years and above, an additional nightly charge of SAR 1,500, plus VAT and MT, will apply.

Children under 5 years dine with our compliments when accompanied by an adult.

Children from 6–11 years of age enjoy 50% savings on all food and beverage items from the adult menu. Children’s menu is priced as listed.

Guests 12 years and above: Standard adult pricing applies for all food and beverage.

All reservations must be secured with a valid credit card at the time of booking to confirm your stay. Cancellations made up to 3 days prior to arrival incur no charge. Cancellations within 0–3 days of arrival will result in a 100% charge for the entire stay.
