The room rate includes daily breakfast. All room rates, charges and fees are in Saudi Arabian Riyal (SAR) and are subject to 5% Municipality Tax (MT) and 15% Value Added Tax (VAT). The VAT is applied to the rate and MT.

Subject to the maximum occupancy permitted for each room type, the following applies to additional guests. Children under 12 years of age stay complimentary when sharing existing bedding with their parents or guardians, subject to room capacity.

Rollaway/extra beds are available for SAR 1,000 per night, subject to applicable taxes.

Baby cribs are available complimentary upon request.

The resort does not accommodate pets or service animals.

Cancellation and deposit policies vary by rate plan and seasonality.

A credit card guarantee is required for all bookings.
